IN
MEMORY OF JIM
On
September, 17,2007, I lost my husband, best friend, and partner.
Life completely turned upside down that day. Family and friends have
been wonderful and supportive,
but
no one can fill the void left by Jim's leaving.
Jim
loved life, his family and friends, and enjoyed doing things for others.
He was a great boss as Wells County Road Superintendent and his men appreciated
him. Jim had a sense of adventure and was not afraid to try new things,
including experiencing his love of flying, with his ultralight trike.
He took time to play, from golfing with his friends in the summer to ice
fishing with his son and grandsons in the winter. Jim was the best
two step partner I could have ever had. We logged many hours around
the dance floor, dancing to our
favorite
band, The Desperados.
Jim
loved NASCAR and was a loyal fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr, then, of Jr, as
his red golf cart exhibits the number 8. We weren't fortunate to attend
a live race, but watched many races in our living room together rooting
for our favorite drivers.
I
feel very blessed to have had Jim in my life to love, even tho' it was
for only 22 years. I look forward to the day I can be with him again
in Heaven
I
love you, Jim.
